With this operation, #imdgenerators will integrate part of the production, creating synergies and strengthening its value chain made in Grassobbio (Bergamo).

Thanks to this acquisition, IMD Generators will acquire greater know-how by integrating a significant part into its production cycle, such as the development of electrical and electronic components and above all the coils used in the monoblocs, with the possibility of creating synergies and accelerating the development of the business with highly skilled employee.
